Here's my question, I hope someone with some knowledge can answer it.
If you can only have one meal a day, like one bigger meal, when is the best time to have it? In the morning just after you've woken up? Just before you go to bed? Somewhere inbetween?
This is if you have smaller meals spread out through the day, like berries or mushrooms.
I hope you get my point.
