Journey to the Bus in July 2018

Hi All,
Myself and one other are in the Yukon in June and we're planning to head over to Healy in early July, most likely 2nd July to 6th July.
I'm quite an experienced hiker and a qualified Mountain & Expedition Leader, my team mate is outdoors cameraman and we wondered if anyone wants to join us?
I'm aware that crossing the Tek in early July will pose a significant obstacle but we are tight on time/dates and we have plenty of time to explore packrafts etc. I read somewhere that there is a bridge that is only a few miles detour. We'll work it out!
We'd really like to have an American or Canadian with us as we're both British and we'd prefer to travel into the wilderness with a firearm if possible. I'm experienced in handling firearms after serving 4 years in the British military. But I'm also aware that as a foreign national I wouldn't be able to handle or purchase a firearm for this trip.
