i've been talking to ron lamothe, creator in the call of the wild docu. i asked him about the coffee can, if anything was in it back 2006 when he went to the bus, he didnt notice it, but did tell at that time, alot of chris' belongings where still there, boots, jeans etc. lets hope no more scummies go out there and steal stuff for themselves or for ebay...

Well from my own pictures and from what I remember... A whiskey bottle? Used batteries that i threw away?

I did leave some un-used batteries though.

I am hoping to go this year if i can find the time... i will find out myself what is in the coffee can... youve given me an extra little inscentive to make the journey now!

This post made me laugh and sit and ponder for a few minutes. A million things are coming to my head. I dont think I will ever make it to the bus. Nor do I think I would want to. Don't think I could handle it. Chris has had a big impact on my life, I cant stop thinking about him and what he went through those last few days.. but I need to remember that's the past, he's at peace now.

After seeing this thread I went and checked my photos. I took a ton inside the bus but I never opened the can. Guess I'll have to hike back out there to find out. That'll be summer of 2012 though so if anyone else feels like spilling the beans I'm really curious now. Wait... it's not beans is it?
