Book + DVD Issues

Hello all,
I'm new here!
I bought the book+dvd bundle (back into the wild) for 35 usd on November 13th, they charged on pay pal on the same day, but until today I didn't get the book+dvd or any type of confirmation by email (when it was going to be send it, if it was delivered, tracking number, or anything like that)
I have tried to contact them by email, but still got no answer.
What should I do?
Any kind of help will be really appreciated.
