What size pack for living on the road.

Hello everyone I'm looking at buying a deuter Aircontact pro 60 + 15 hiking pack they also have the 70 + 15, what size would you guys suggest for living on the road in Australia? taking into account I will need to pack sleeping bag, tent, cloths, food, and all the other essentials.
