we are MADE for ADVENTURE?!!

okay, i'm 22 and recently became Christian.
anyways, i have often wondered why humans as individuals are left with this continual desire for adventure. getting out seeing the world in its rawest form; nature.
no buildings, no city lights, no taxis, just the serene portrait God created.
i was walking my dog today, and we went in the woods near this mini stream/river; i, like always, felt so alive and full of peace and contentment. the desire to explore in earths rawest environment is a desire i believe to be in all of us. anyone care to elaborate??
