What were his plans after he returned? Would he just go back to a normal life or would he try to restart with his fake id and never speak to his loved ones again?

This topic is worthless. We will never know what life will be like after the wild because it never happened? Did he even talk about it at all. I feel like he knew he was going to die out there so he never really wanted after to happen

In my perspective, i think he would go back to his family and apologize for all that he has done. I think living in the wild would make him clear his mind and notice that family is important. Yeah, he would still go on with his escapes, but i think he would be more careful now, if he was close to death once more. Maybe, he would even invite his friends that he made on his way there to go with him. But one thing is for sure, no one would really truly know what Chris McCandless would have done after his Alaskan Odyssey.
