Until a few days ago, i had never heard of CHristopher McCandless. It was my first week back at school and my first lesson was double english.
My new teacher handed us all a book called, 'Into The Wild'
At first my mood dropped, because i dont usually go for the kind of book with a title like this, but as we read the prologue, my mood changed.
We were told to read the book at home if we wanted too, so as soon as the weekend came, i sat with my book for hours, reading this amazing story about somebody who wasnt afraid to go out and embrace the world.
Although the life of Chris ended tragically, i can honestly say that he is my hero and i will never forget him.
Thankyou for making this website, its made me so happy to see it.
