Chris's favourite books?

Hi everyone, Chris's story inspired me like most of you.
Reading is part of my life and i'd like to know If Someone knows which books he used to read, which were his favourites ones. I only know, through the film and The book, that his inspiration comes by the reading of Thoreau and Tolstoj.

I attached a copy of the books Chris carried around with him and read while on his journey. I took the picture from out of his sister's book, The Wild Truth. I hope this helps!! I would like to read them all myself one of these days
