Call of the Wild - Subtitles

Hi people!
Where can I find subtitles for the documentary "The Call of the Wild"?
I need the subtitles because my English is not very good .. Subtitles in Spanish, or Portuguese, or can be subtitled in English (I understand English better when read)..
Do you have the documentary and can copy the subtitles, please?:)

I want to see the documentary.. =/
