what's the artist & title of this song?

There's this song about halfway the movie and I just can't find it on youtube. I think it's in the scene right after he leaves Jan and Rainey for the first time and I think it's the voice of Eddie Vedder who sings 'I aaaaam' and then you hear a kind of melancholic tune. Is there anyone who can help me?

I just checked and it should be "The wolf" by Eddie Vedder and actually on the CD (number 9).
