The new Book

Hi folks,
I have read the new book which will be out in the coming weeks.
As you read it and view the pictures, you forget that you are mearly a reader of the book, but are there with Chris as he seeks out his adventures. You will find yourself speaking out loud trying to give him advice and at the same time, applauding him for his courage. (As you may have done in the movie by Sean Penn)
One theory I can rebuff, is that Ron Lamothe's theory was incorrect. Chris did not injure his right arm - as the 'bus portrait picture' may make you believe.
Chris died of starvation. The poisonous plants were not a factor.
Like a home movie, the book will take you through his every adventure.
I apologise on keeping the suspense, but you will not be disappointed.
My wife's little brother died when he was 21 (in 2001) and his moto was 'face your fears and live your dreams'. I know that this is now a common term, but back then he lived by it.
One of Chris' quotes in a letter to Ron Fritz re-iterates this -
----------
January 1993
'So many people live within unhappy circumstances and yet will not take the initiative to change their situation because they are conditioned to a life of security, conformity and conservatism, all of which may appear to give one peace of mind, but in reality nothing is more damaging to the adventurous spirit within a man than a secure future. The very basic core of a man's living spirit is his passion for adventure.'
----------
'Hitting a nail on the head' is the term I am looking for.
