Ok guys, it takes a long time to get a book and DVD sorted.
The book has been completed and I have a copy. It will be released at the same time as the DVD - which will be in the coming weeks. There is no exact date as yet...

As soon as we have a date, I will let you know. The book website will be updated with the ability to purchase directly from it.
