chris didnt DIE from POISON!!!

the movie was wrong, Chris actually died from starvation. in the book it says Chris ate the potato seeds for a month or so without any problems at all, and could differenciate between the two. and later a study was done and concluded that Chris DID NOT die from the potato seeds, but from a steady decline into starvation, leading to death. Why did John Krakauer and Sean Penn portray chris' death as being poisoned?

i think it was both...at the start he was eating.it was the last few weks he had trouble finding food

even though he was eating. hunting and gathering. it wasn't enough to keep him going and sustain him. he was burning more energy/calories than he was taking in. Resulting in his BMI to fall to a deadly level.

But did he live in those two years after graduating from Emory? This is the higher question, and the answer is a resounding "yes." So many of us choose to slowly die, to watch the world pass by before we pass away. Live, people, live.
