I'm just going on what I was told. I'm not going to try and defend it as I would have no way of knowing for certain. All I will say is that I'm positive my source was un-measurably closer to Chris than any roommate. Perhaps there was some kind of misunderstanding.

I think that's the question I'm most curious about. How could you not invite the input of the person who was closest to him in life, and yet caption every photo with Chris' supposed thoughts and feelings, while simultaneously obscuring the very motives he had to make such a drastic change in his life?

They're calling it a 'Ken Burns' style video, meaning it's just stills that move. Ken Burns does a lot of stuff with creating parallax and depth of field artificially though. It's really more like a narrated slideshow (of the photos that are in the book.)
