Re: Jon Krakauers article in the New Yorker

My thoughts on the matter of 'fault pot. seeds', is intuition, instinct. Some of us have strong beliefs on things, and proof is only a fingertip away. I believe that Chris was a person of strong instincts, and that's what leads me to feel he 'knew' one of the culprits instrumental in his demise. Of ...

Re: A few details rarely, if ever, mentioned...

If I may,...I feel that if Chris encountered 'people', he would have mentioned it in his journal. Every other meeting or sighting, (ie: bear, moose, even berries and dreams) were at least mentioned in his writings or documented with a photograph. Remember, 'relationships can be found all around us, ...

Re: Jon Krakauers article in the New Yorker

Adam, cool....I thought maybe Hollywood was gonna do it again! Sean Penn did a great job with this story, but I'd love to see what Ron Howard would do!

Re: Jon Krakauers article on the New Yorker

YES! This article really clicked with me, too, and I DO believe there is a lot of truth here to explain what actually happened. We REALLY need to 'listen' to Chris' words in his journal: 'Fault pot seed", "Much trouble just to stand up", and other entries. He did make an egregious err...

Sorry....I got you mixed up with the other new guy, RazorsEdge. His post about living your dreams was in my head.

Re: New evidence, enduring reasons

Well said, Sthenos. I read your other posts, and couldn't agree more about the aging process. Maybe most people forgot how they FELT at such an age in life...OR possibly cannot open their minds as to how betrayed Chris must have felt about his beginning and the family secrets. If nothing, it is a le...

Re: Hamilton Submitted Paper

With all the views on this subject, you'd think there would be more discussion on the Hamilton Paper. It IS worth the time to read. We all want to know what has really happened here...this explanation comes the closest. We know that Chris was conditioned physically and mentally to push and test hims...

21 years ago today...

I know everyone is off playing for the summer, for those of us in such a climate. But, doesn't it cross your mind during these months about what Chris was experiencing on a daily basis? What was he doing 21 years ago today?
