Did Chris knew where he was? The thing is.. Chris didn't care where he was at all, all he cared about was he's dream about being into the wild, he didn't care what location he was in.. he just wanted to be out in the open and into the wild without care.

I understand some people have opinions that Chris McCandless was a god damn moron, however, he didn't just left his family, lived in the wild, and die for no reason. He wanted to do the thing he loved which happend to be living in a bus in the middle of Alaska (and not the good part).

The true fact is that Chris McCandless ("Alex Supertramp") died from the poisonous plants that lead to starvation and other medical illnesses. He misread the book that he had on "Edible Plants" and didn't realizes that what he truely ate was indeed poisonous and lead him to sympt...
